Botany sweet studio near Airpot with WiFi&Parking

Positive: Well, the studio came with a Private Bathroom which is good and also had the basic appliances available for my stay, which is good! Negative: The AC didn't work properly in the nights and I lost my sleep because of that. I also encountered spiders in the bathroom, would be good to sort the ventilation and drains properly to avoid such instances. The space could also have provided some complimentary water.

Fine place to stay, annoyed with the hosts. Positive: Close to airport, tea provided, felt secure Negative: Very poor communication from host. Many of their messages were confusing. At one point they stopped responding and I had to escalate my request to customer service. It was a simple refund request which they denied. In fairness, in Sydney time I was past the refund period by less than 12 hours, but in my time zone I was not overdue. Still though, how stingy can you be. Cleaning fee was as much as the cost of the room itself, but the room was not particularly clean. Grime in corners and between tiles in bathroom, little flies buzzing around.

Veri good location for me . Would stay again. Positive: Good location for me. Close to restaurants and IGA. Clean. Had everything I needed. Negative: No issues.

Really good stay, would highly recommend. Positive: Very easy access and good area for me as I needed to be close to airport

Positive: It was perfect for me and the price of it was good of I call back to Sydney I'll be staying there again
